Welcome to pk7.lc. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and PK7, an online entertainment platform accessible via pk7.lc. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any services provided by PK7, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use pk7.lc services. pk7 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

To register and use PK7's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. PK7 takes seriously its responsibility to ensure this platform is only used by individuals who are legally and age eligible.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. PK7 does not permit minors to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must reside in a region where there are no legal restrictions on the use of online entertainment platforms such as pk7.lc.
• You must not be declared bankrupt or subject to any financial restrictions imposed by a court or regulatory authority.
• You register and play using your own funds, not borrowed money or funds obtained unlawfully.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pk7.lc. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• The full name registered must match the name on your official identification document for KYC verification purposes.
• The email address used during registration must be active and belong to you — it is used for account verification and important communications.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. pk7 is not liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• All activity occurring under your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported loss of account control to the PK7 support team.
• Account details such as full name and bank account number can be updated through the verification process established by pk7.

Pk7 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account. That said, account security also depends on your own personal security practices.

PK7 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals hassle-free. All financial transactions are processed through fully encrypted, secure channels.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Online banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and standard bank transfers. Deposits are processed automatically within seconds upon confirmation from the bank.

• The bank account used for deposits must be in the registered member's name — third-party transfers are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your account level and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered member name at pk7.lc.
• pk7 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.

Pk7 offers various promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements and must be read carefully before acceptance. Accepting a bonus is considered agreement to its terms.

• Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount received, depending on the type of promotion.
• The first deposit bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered or received any promotion at pk7.lc.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the stated period will be automatically forfeited.
• pk7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specified denomination limits.

All PK7 members are expected to use the platform responsibly, fairly, and with respect toward other members and PK7 staff. Use of this platform for any unlawful or unethical purpose is strictly prohibited.

• The use of third-party software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using the pk7 platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Posting offensive, threatening, or privacy-violating content that includes another person's personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.
• Members are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to the pk7 support team via live chat on the platform.
• pk7 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, threats, or unethical conduct directed at support staff.

Pk7 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of a relevant authority. pk7's decision in such matters is final.

• If an account is closed due to a violation, the net balance (after deducting any bonus that did not meet the requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 7 business days.
• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the pk7 customer support team.
• Accounts suspended due to KYC verification issues will be reactivated once the requested documents have been submitted and verified.
• If an account is closed due to proven fraud or manipulation, all funds in that account will be fully forfeited.

Members who need a break from the platform can use the self-exclusion feature available in account settings, as part of pk7's commitment to responsible gaming.

Pk7 takes the privacy of our members' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and international industry guidelines.

• Your personal data is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, service communications, and platform improvement.

• PK7 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be manipulated by any party.
• PK7 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from fair and legitimate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or transactions, PK7's system records will be regarded as the final reference.
• pk7's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by the member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Pk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the current version in force.

• pk7 will endeavour to notify members of major amendments via platform notices or email, though members remain responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
